This certificate formalizes your commitment to comply with all the instructions provided, in particular :
- the security measures in force,
- the dates, times, and locations for delivery and collection of packages,
- the opening and closing times of the Palais des Congrès,
- as well as any other provisions specified in this technical file.
If this certificate is not returned within the specified time frame, the organizer A3P and the Beau Rivage Hôtel reserve the right to refuse your participation in the A3P International Congress.
